Last month I was featured in a story for NPR’s KQED San Francisco affiliate in part of a series on biohacking, they wanted to see what a typical day or morning for me was like. A biohacker is someone who measures and attempts to alter their biology and in my case specifically to try and increase my brain, productivity and longevity. Watch the video to the short version of how I go about this. If you follow my protocol, which is essentially the Nootroo Protocol, you can accomplish almost all of the most important activities within 10 minutes of being awake.
Bonus: They made a gif of my typing. I type upwards of 150 words per minute, which TypeRacer.com ranks as in the 99.9 percentile of all typists
