Elements, chemicals, amino acids, and other essential body boosting supplements can be added to your life to a great enhancement. Coffee is essentially just a caffeine and look how dramatic effect that has on productivity. There are other, non-stimulant and actually good for you additions out there. You just have to research and seek them out.

Here is a list of some that I take or have looked into. This is as much for my own reference than for anything else.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cissus_quadrangularis

Wikipedia discusses how Cissus Quandrangularis “has been used as a medicinal plant since antiquity. In siddha medicine it is considered a tonic and analgesic, and is believed to help heal broken bones, thus its nameasthisamharaka (that which prevents the destruction of bones). It is said to have antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant, anthelmintic, antihemorrhoidal and analgesic activities. It contains a rich source of carotenoidstriterpenoids andascorbic acid.”

Normally it is only avaiable in the Middle East and is pretty rare, but luckily for us we live in the world of Globalization and Amazon.com and can get anything delivered next day for $3.99.
